Daniel Neytha
Head Chef
Daniel Neytha, Head Chef at Maven, brings his Colombian roots and global experience to a menu that blends Mediterranean influences. Formerly Senior Sous Chef at Lona Misa, he focuses on fresh, seasonal produce to create simple, elevated dishes that balance tradition with innovation.
Mario Fanti
Bar Manager
Mario Fanti, Venue Manager at Maven by Morgan, oversees the day to day running of the venue, bringing 15 years of global hospitality experience and a strong Italian influence to the floor. He leads service with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on consistency, while also heading up the bar program, crafting seasonal cocktails that reflect both precision and approachability.
